换位思考彼此尊重,相互宽容和而不同

            Think about others with respect and tolerance. Keep the harmony in diversity.

    At the flag-raising ceremony on Mar. 27th, the students from 4.3 started the moral education of this week. It was a competition of who could be the king. With the help of the homeroom teachers and the bilingual teachers, the students performed a play which had a vivid plot and a clear as well as meaningful theme.

    327日的升旗仪式上,43班的同学以一场“万兽之王”竞选赛拉开了本周德育主题的序幕。在班主任及双语老师无私的帮助下,孩子们上演的小剧情节生动,主题突出,耐人寻味。

         As the top of the principles in Maple Leaf, it is very important for the teachers to respect the students’ personalities. As a criteria of moral education, respect is not only the teachers’ attitude towards the students but also the relationship among the students. Therefore, Huayuan Maple Leaf makes respect as the starting point and objective of the moral education. The flag-raising ceremony this week just provided a precious opportunity to express the students’ own opinions on respect. In the play, the owl asked the animals to rest in the morning and work at night. The kangaroo forced all the animals to jump to everywhere. The students fully showed the disadvantages of the self-centered concept. The money suggested that they should keep the original habits as usual. The monkey actually became the king at last.      

       “尊重”作为枫叶教育列为首位的服务理念,彰显的是老师对孩子人格的尊重。而作为一项道德标准,尊重却不只凝聚于老师对待学生的态度上,也应潜移默化地体现在学生彼此之间的相处之道中。因此,让孩子们从小树立彼此尊重、换位思考的意识,是华苑枫叶长期以来德育教育的出发点及落脚点,而本周的升旗仪式给予学生们的这个珍贵的平台,让他们终于有机会表达自己对“尊重”的体味——当猫头鹰要求大家白天休息夜里做事,当袋鼠要求大家练习跳着走路,“以自我为中心”的弊病被孩子们演绎地淋漓尽致;而当小猴子提出保持每个人原本的生活习惯,“万兽之王”在欢呼声中实至名归。

    After the play, the students from 4.3 gave an interview. The students felt the secret of the monkey’s success. Think about others with respect and tolerance. Keep the harmony in diversity. The students explained the meaning of every character in the word “RESPECT” in a right extension and meaningful way, which made us relieved. Our students have already learned to regard the difference between each other in a peaceful attitude and respectful perspective. We believe that the students will make it as the potential rule when they get along with each other and keep the friendship between each other forever.

    小剧过后的现场采访中,学生们纷纷感悟到了小猴子成功的秘诀——换位思考彼此尊重,相互宽容和而不同,当台上的孩子们一一解释RESPECT中每个字母代表的含义,恰如其分地延伸、意味深长地解读,让在场的老师们欣慰不已。我们的小枫叶,已经在成长中慢慢学会用平和的心态、尊重的视角看待个体间的差异,我们相信,孩子们定会将这份难得的成长心得当作相处时的潜在准则,让友谊之花在彼此尊重的浇灌中常开不败。
